OUR MISSION

Drought Breaker Realty, Inc.  was so named to honor Cindy’s uncle, Theron Sapp, whose #40 jersey was one of only four retired at the University of Georgia.  He was the original “Drought Breaker”, scoring the only touchdown in the UGA/Ga Tech game in 1957, after Ga Tech had beaten UGA in the previous eight annual meetings.  

Theron overcame a number of seemingly unsurmountable obstacles to become one of the University of Georgia's star players.  His drive, perseverence and passion for the game is the inspiration for our agents at Drought Breaker Realty.
